Pom Pom à la Kristal is my handmade crochet business. My friend Ange taught me to crochet on a trip to Cornwall and, excuse the pun, I’ve been hooked ever since.
The infamous “Whoops!” hat
My first hat had a “tiny mistake”: an oversized pom-pom so bold it deserves its own postcode. It became my signature and gave Pom Pom à la Kristal its name.

Inspired by my Nan, the queen of crochet and knitting, and now by my new step-grandson, who’s the reason for my baby makes like the Little Star Snuggle Pouch.
Handmade in Dorset
Every piece is crocheted by hand and finished with my “Handmade by Kristal” label. No two are the same.
