Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Every Pom Pom à la Kristal item is crocheted by hand, and I want you to love yours. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Let me know by email at kristal@shoredesigndorset.co.uk within that time, then return the item within 14 days of telling me. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. You pay the return postage, and I recommend a tracked service, as I can’t be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to me. Once I receive the item, I’ll refund the price you paid plus the original standard delivery cost within 14 days. If the item comes back used, washed or damaged, I may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or not as described?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t as described, please contact me within 30 days with a photo. I’ll offer a full refund including return postage, or a repair or replacement if you’d prefer. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
Each piece is one of a kind, so I can’t always swap like for like. Return the item for a refund as above, or get in touch and I’ll happily make you something similar.

Custom orders
Items made to your own choice of colour, size or design can’t be returned or refunded unless they’re faulty. I’ll confirm all the details with you before I start, and I may ask for a deposit.
